We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Membership of the RICS is recognised as the mark of property professionalism worldwide, and provides a guarantee of skill, integrity and professionalism.

Nigel Lynch, Company Managing Director, has achieved RICS Expert Witness Accreditation in Building Surveying, Dilapidations and Commercial Property. RICS accredited expert witnesses are formally assessed and qualified to rigorous RICS standards, and have been recognised by RICS as expert in their subject fields and in their duties to court and clients.

We are a corporate member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). Membership of the APS is recognised under the CDM Regulations as one way of indicating competence for Principal Designers. 

We are a supplier registered with an SSIP Member Scheme (Safety Scheme in Procurement). SSIP is a scheme for assessing consultants and contractors on their health and safety competence and capability standards, under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM)

We are a supplier (Consultant) registered with Constructionline. Constructionline is the UK’s largest register of pre-qualified construction services.
